If an item is damaged as a result of quality or craftsmanship, customers must e-mail their concern within 7 days of receiving items for an exchange. Please note we are working hard to grow a small business and are unable to offer refunds for any shipped purchases. However, we want you to be pleased with every purchase and we value you as a customer. If you are unhappy with your item for any reason we can offer you a STORE CREDIT for the amount of the returned product. Please do not send back purchases until you have corresponded with an De Pana Madre representative. Items mailed back must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. De Pana Madre reserves the right to refuse exchanges if items are not in their original condition. All products sent back to De Pana Madre must be pre-paid and sent with delivery confirmation. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
